Coffee Blends

Coffee blends usually contain 2-4 primary bean varieties. The blends are created by selecting coffee varieties and flavors that best complement each other. Dark espresso blends often include small amounts of stronger Robusta beans in addition to Arabica beans to enhance the aroma. Coffee blends consist of unflavored, fresh single-origin beans with a similar roast level. Combining beans from different countries or continents that have the same roast level may result in slight color variations among the beans in the blend. Additionally, differences in bean size may be clearly noticeable.
Coffee blends are available as whole beans and as ground coffee for filter brewing.
