Tea-like drinks

Herbal and fruit infusions are made from dried fruits, berries, herbs and flowers. Herbal infusions do not contain tea, but are often referred to as fruit or herbal teas. Rooibos tea is a misleading name because it does not come from an actual tea plant. It is an herbal tea that can be brewed and enjoyed in the same way as tea.
