Specialty confections are handmade sweets that, in addition to chocolate, contain either fruits, berries, biscuits, nuts, raisins, or alcohol. All specialty confections are made by Schoko-Dragee GmbH in their factory in Southern Germany only to order. The shelf life of the products is 5-8 months from the date of manufacture.

Chocolate products are made from white, milk, dark chocolate, and the latest addition, Ruby chocolate.
