Ceylon Fannings

Ceylon Fannings is a balanced blend of teas from the Uva and Bimbula regions. The best qualities are produced in the mountainous production area. Ceylon Fannings is a strong, balanced, intensely coppery-brown tea. The taste is aromatic, long-lasting, and full-bodied. The bouquet of Ceylon Fannings is somewhat reminiscent of the character of Bordeaux wine.

Brewing time 2-4 minutes, brewing temperature 95-100°C, and dosage 1 teaspoon per cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
