China Matcha Tai Shan Tea organic

High-quality organic China Matcha tea is organically grown in China, sourced from the Tai Shan tea plantation located in the northwest part of Zhejiang province.

Matcha is an aromatic, fruitily rich drink with a subtle sweet aftertaste. Its color is a beautiful, intensely bright green. Matcha can also be used versatilely in cooking, and especially in baking, thanks to its very fine powdered consistency. Matcha is gently whisked into water with a Matcha whisk to preserve its flavor and create a smooth, creamy green drink.

Water temperature 60-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 2g/200ml or approximately one tablespoon per liter.
