China Oolong

China Oolong is 50% fermented Chinese Oolong tea from the mountains of China. After fermentation, the wilting and drying of the large leaves take place in the sun. The tea has a mild, fresh floral aroma. Oolong tea has very little tannin. When brewed, China Oolong is light copper in color. In terms of price-quality ratio, China Oolong is an excellent option for getting to know Oolong tea.

Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 70-80°C, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
