Pu Erh is a dark and powerful tea from the Yunnan province. Pu Erh tea is made according to a centuries-old tradition. Fully fermented tea is moistened and allowed to ferment again. After this, the fermented tea is stored in a cool cellar or buried in the ground for several years. The tea leaf has a beautiful shape, similar to the original Thea sinensis leaf.
