Organic Chun Mee – green loose-leaf tea

Organic Chun Mee comes from Southeast China, near the Yangtze River, and is a prized, aromatic green tea. Chun Mee somewhat resembles an eyebrow, and in Chinese, it means "precious eyebrow," referring to classic Chinese beauty.

Organic Chun Mee has a stronger flavor than Sencha and possesses an aromatic and tart taste. The leaves can be steeped multiple times. The flavor of the tea mellows after the first steeping. The tea's color is a beautiful yellow.

Steeping time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
