Decaf Ceylon Sumatraville FOP decaffeinated

Decaffeinated Ceylon FOP Sumatraville is a strong, beautiful copper-brown tea. Its flavor is aromatic, lingering, and slightly sweet yet balanced. The bouquet of Decaffeinated Ceylon FOP Sumatraville somewhat resembles the character of Bordeaux wine. The caffeine has been removed using the CO2 method. Ceylon, Sri Lanka, produces tea year-round, mostly unflavored black tea. Ceylon's highest quality teas are produced in mountainous plantations, extending up to 2000 meters.

Steeping time 2-4 minutes, steeping temperature 95-100°C, and dosage 1 teaspoon per cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
