Japan Hojicha Organic

Japan Hojicha is roasted organic Bancha tea. Along with green Bancha, Hojicha is also a common and popular drink in Japan. Hojicha is often consumed with meals. Hojicha is a mild, smooth, and lightly roasted tea. Hojicha tea is rich in minerals but contains relatively little caffeine. Hojicha is a beautiful deep green in color, and as a beverage, it's a refreshing light green.

Steeping time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
