Japan Uji Matcha Organic

Japanese matcha green tea powder is a high-quality organic Matcha tea from the Uji region of Japan, where tea has been cultivated since the early 15th century in calcium-rich soil. However, finely ground Matcha from the best bright green leaves has only been produced since the late 18th century.

Matcha is an aromatic, fruity, full-bodied drink. The color is beautiful, an intensely bright green. Matcha can also be used in various ways in cooking, and especially in baking, due to its very fine powder consistency. Matcha is steeped in water by gently whisking with a Matcha whisk to ensure its flavor is not compromised, resulting in a uniformly green, creamy-textured drink.

Water temperature 60-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 2g/200ml or about one tablespoon per liter.
