Japan Sencha Organic

Organic Japan Sencha comes from a certified production area: Makigaya, Aoi-Ku, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, located on Honshu Island. Organic Japan Sencha is the best harvest of the autumn, and the tea is considered one of Japan's best in terms of price-quality ratio.
The harvest usually becomes available for sale in October, initially mainly in nearby provinces and generally within Japan.
The leaf is quite dark in color, a beautiful dark olive, and the prepared drink is light green. The taste is quite mild but very aromatic. Additionally, one can detect a subtle sweetness in the tea.

Light rolling makes the leaf quite fragile and easily breakable.

Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
