Only the two topmost leaves are picked for this organic tea. Brewed Darjeeling FTGFOP1 Selim Hill organic tea is very aromatic, quite delicate, and low in acidity. The aftertaste has a slight almond-like quality. The color is very pale, with a slight orange tint.
Brewing time 2-4 minutes, water temperature 85-95 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon per cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter
