Mexico Altura

Mexico Altura Organic Coffee is a soft and rich medium-acidity dark roast coffee (4/5) with fruity acidity and the smoothness of blueberry, plum, and chocolate. The coffee has a round, pleasant, and sweet mouthfeel. The coffee comes from organic certified farms, produced by the Community Jaltenango from the Chiapas region. The coffee is from the 2024/25 harvest season.

The coffee varieties are Sarchimore, Caturra, Bourbon, Geisha. Roast level 4. Excellent for filter coffee, but also for espresso.
