Milk Oolong tea is a Chinese rarity. After wilting, the large green leaves are hand-rolled. The leaves are treated with milk-water steam and allowed to ferment for about 40%. Milk Oolong tea retains a subtle milky note and a mild, delicate floral aroma. When brewed, Milk Oolong is a pale copper color and a hazy, aromatic drink.
Brewing time 2-3 minutes, water temperature 80-90°C, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
