Oolong Formosa Finest Taiwan – oolong tea

The finest Taiwanese semi-fermented tea (approx. 50%) from the mountains of Taiwan. After fermentation, the large leaves are withered and dried in the sun. The tea contains buds and leaf tips. A mild, long-lasting floral aroma is well preserved in the tea. When brewed, Oolong Formosa finest is much lighter in color than the color of the leaves would suggest. This fantastic quality Oolong represents the best of Taiwanese Oolong tradition. The bouquet of Oolong Formosa finest tea is reminiscent of early autumn Beaujolais nouveau wine.

Steeping time 2-3 minutes, water temperature 80-90°C, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
