Oolong Taiwan Butterfly Formosa

Oolong Formosa Butterfly is the finest Taiwanese approximately 45% fermented tea from the mountains of Taiwan. Fermentation is stopped when the tips of the leaves have darkened, but the leaf body is still green and the tip buds contained in the tea are light in color. The tea has plenty of buds and leaf tips. The wilting and drying of the leaves takes place in the sun. When brewed, Oolong Formosa Butterfly is quite light in color, bronze. The tea clearly has the character of black tea, but the color is light and the taste is slightly sweeter, fresh, and floral. The quality Oolong represents the best Taiwanese Oolong tradition. The bouquet of Oolong Formosa Butterfly refers to the Beaujolais nouveau wine of early autumn.

Brewing time 2-3 minutes, water temperature 80-90°C, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
