Roasted Mate

Roasted Mate is green Yerba tree leaf that has been roasted. Roasting makes the mate drink darker. Mate contains a very high amount of caffeine.

Steeping time 5-10 minutes, water temperature 100 degrees Celsius, dosage 2 teaspoons/cup or 5-10 teaspoons per liter.
