Pai Mu Tan China organic

Chinese Pai Mu Tan organic is the highest quality white tea, with an abundance of white buds and large, nuanced leaves. Pai Mu Tan grows on a certified farm in the Fujian province of China. Pai Mu Tan organic white tea is sun-dried. The flavour is mild and lightly floral. The brewed tea is very pale yellow in colour.

Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per litre.
