Silver Needle Yin Zhen

Silver Needle (Hopeaneulatee) is a very special and rare white tea. One kilogram of Silver Needle requires about 30,000 of the best white buds, which are hand-picked. Silver Needle is first dried in the sun, leaving a maximum of 20% moisture. After this, the remaining drying takes place at about 40 degrees Celsius. When brewed, the tea is very light in color and has a mild flavor. The tea buds can be brewed multiple times.

Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
