Thailand Oolong Jinxuan Amber

Thailand Amber Oolong originates from Thailand, which is a relatively new tea-producing country. It mainly produces green and partially fermented Oolong tea in the mountainous Doi Mae Salong region, at an altitude of about 1800 meters. Thailand Amber Oolong is only lightly fermented, giving it the appearance of a dark olive-green tea. The leaves are large and tightly rolled. The taste features the aromatic and floral notes of roasted saffron. The infused drink is ochre-yellow.

Brewing time 2-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80°C, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
