Thailand Choui Fong

Thailand is a relatively new tea producer, mainly producing green or Oolong tea in the mountainous Doi Mae Salong region. Thailand Choui Fong green tea grows at an altitude of 1200 meters. Choui Fong is a dark green, very large-leafed tea, which is loosely hand-rolled, with light buds visible. The taste is full-bodied, long, and fruity. The brewed drink is ocher-yellow.

Brewing time 2-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80°C, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
