Vietnam Robusta is a very dark-roasted coffee. The coffee is sturdy, strong, and sweet. This coffee is from the 2024 harvest, and is primarily hand-picked. The cultivation area is the Vietnam Central Highlands, Đắk Lắk province, and especially the city of Buon Ma Thuot. Vietnam Robusta grows at an altitude of under 900 m in highly volcanic soil. The varieties are TR14, TR15, and TRS1. The coffee is washed-processed, and the beans are dried both in the sun and mechanically. The mouthfeel is strong and rather acidic. Vietnam Robusta is a consistently high-quality and valued coffee, used both as a single-origin coffee and especially in coffee blends, including in Europe.
