White Downey

Chinese White Downey is a superior white tea with an abundance of small white buds. The buds are harvested early in spring. White Downey grows in the Fujian province of China. The white buds of White Downey are gently air-dried at under 40 degrees Celsius, and they resemble small feathers. The taste is very mild and lightly floral. The brewed tea is a very pale yellow color.

Steeping time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
