White-haired Monkey

White Hair Monkey organic tea has a twisted, thread-like leaf with abundant white buds. The sun-dried leaf resembles the tail of a small white monkey. The harvest is in early spring, and only the best top leaves are picked then. The tea is dried in the sun. The taste is mild, yet fruity and fresh.

Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
