White Hair Monkey white tea has twisted, wire-like leaves with an abundance of white buds. The sun-dried leaves resemble the tail of a small white monkey. The harvest takes place in early spring, when only the best top leaves are collected. White Hair Monkey tea is sun-dried. The taste is mild but refreshingly fruity.

Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
