Winter tea is a spiced Chinese green Sencha tea with cinnamon, apple, and campion flowers.

Brewing time 2-3 minutes, water temperature 70-80 degrees Celsius, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
