Yunnan Mao Feng is a black tea made according to ancient Chinese traditions. Yunnan Mao Feng is an aromatic and characteristic tea, and it is recommended to drink it as such. Of course, sweeteners or milk can be added to it. The brewed tea is bronze-yellow in color. The tea leaves can be brewed multiple times.

Yunnan province in southwest China has produced green tea for about 2000 years, but black tea only since the late 1930s. Yunnan Mao Feng black tea is aromatic, large-leafed and strong, resembling the Assam tea region in its characteristics. The production volume is very small, so availability is limited.

Brewing time 3-5 minutes, water temperature 95-100°C, dosage 1 teaspoon per cup or 4-5 / liter.
